Dance Recital

Lucy and Juliette had their dance recital.  Lucy was in three dances.  She loves to dance!  She made the dance company for next year and is really excited.  

Juliette surprised us all by loving to be on the stage.  All year she told me she didn't want to go on the stage, but after the recital she said she wants to do it again - not take dance, just perform.  When Juliette saw herself with make-up on she said she looked "scary!"  They love their teacher Ms. Tricia and are sad that she is moving.

May Madness 2008

May is always a busy month!  Carol and Major had their final orchestra concert.  Major received the award for the outstanding beginning student.  Carol also had her final Symphony concert.  I could tell a big improvement from the beginning of the year.  They did an excellent job.

Major won 1st place in the original poetry contest for 4th grade.  

Here are the frozen girls at the school swim party.  The weather has been very cool.  It's a party every night!  We are tired!
