New Look

We had our house painted this month. It isn't very different. I like the contrast of the trim much better than before.

December 10th

We made our gingerbread house today (from a kit). We had fun making it. It looks a little "haunted" because the frosting kept sliding off.

I finally finished the last sham, so Lucy and Juliette's bedding is now done. I only finished the quilts last spring, I think.

Liz's Wedding Reception

My youngest sister Liz got married in November to Dave. It was a beautiful wedding and she was a beautiful bride.

Halloween 2006

The kids wanted to be "The Wizard of Oz" this year for Halloween. (Carol had just finished performing in the play as a munchkin and winkie.) Juliette was supposed to be the lion, but I never had time to make her a costume. We scrounged around for something for her to wear and said she was "Toto", but everyone thought she was a cat.
