Victoria/Seattle Trip

Last week Clint and I went to Victoria, Canada for four nights to celebrate our birthdays. We stayed at the Empress hotel and had a great time!

We spent a wonderful day at Butchart Gardens. I aspire to have a yard like this!

Clint's mom flew up with the kids on Monday to Seattle and we went to Woodland Park Zoo. We had a great time!


The next day we went sightseeing to the beach so the kids could build a sandcastle.

I was buzzing Major's hair the other day and Clint needed a haircut too. I started cutting his, but got frustrated because my scissors are so bad. So I buzzed his head instead! We were all in shock at first, but now we are used to it and think it looks pretty good. But I think he will be growing it out.




I took the kids to my parent's cabin for the week of the 4th of July. It was so nice and cool up there. I was sad to come home to the heat.
